Burna Boy joins the NFL’s Paris programme

According to DancehallMag’s September 18 report, the performance is scheduled for October 25 at Stade de France, during the Pittsburgh Steelers’ game against the New Orleans Saints. The fixture is described as the league’s first regular-season game in France.

Damian Marley to receive UWI honorary degree
The University of the West Indies has named Damian Marley among its 2026 honorary graduands.
Marley is listed to receive a Doctor of Letters for his contribution to culture during the Mona campus graduation ceremonies scheduled for November 5–7. The recognition is forthcoming; the degree has not yet been conferred.
Doug E. Fresh recognised for hip-hop contributions
Doug E. Fresh is also named for an honorary Doctor of Letters, recognising his contribution to the arts through hip-hop. His ceremony is scheduled for October 17 at UWI’s Cave Hill campus.
