Clients supply approved, ready-to-publish artwork and assets. Design, photography and video production are separately quoted when available. Preparation estimates begin after complete materials, payment and approvals are received; they are not guaranteed deadlines.
MadVibez Radio mentions are conditional with qualifying Power campaigns, subject to programming approval and available inventory. Premium campaigns may include separately approved radio opportunities. Radio exposure and audience results are not guaranteed.
On-Location Coverage.

Three-hour minimum. Book photography and video capture around your event priorities and agreed scope.
- Original photo and video files delivered unedited by shared folder.
- Editing, retouching, reels, teasers and finished recap videos carry separate fees.
- 360° event coverage starts at a CAD $400 base minimum; duration and deliverables are confirmed in the quote. Interviews and finished content are separately quoted.
- Additional time, travel and production requirements are confirmed in the quote.
Canada and Jamaica assignments, with international coverage considered according to availability and logistics. Remote editing is available for supplied footage.

Digital services through K&A Media
K&A Media is a separate brand and service provider with its own website and operations. Madd A Road Media connects artists, promoters, venues and businesses with K&A for specialized digital projects, including websites, electronic press kits, web apps and event technology.
K&A confirms availability, project scope, fees, delivery, hosting and ongoing support directly with the client. A Madd A Road promotional booking does not automatically include K&A development services. Combined projects identify each provider’s responsibilities and deliverables in the agreed scope.

A Few Things To Know.
Can I combine promotion, event coverage and editing?
Yes. We can prepare a combined quote. Each service has its own deliverables and fees; standard capture includes original, unedited files, while editing and promotion are separate.
Are artwork and graphic design included in promotional packages?
Clients provide approved, ready-to-publish assets. Custom design, artwork revisions, photography and video production are outside fixed promotional packages and can be quoted separately when available.
Does paid promotion guarantee editorial coverage or airplay?
No. Paid campaigns provide the agreed promotional placements. Independent editorial coverage, radio programming, streams, sales and audience growth are not guaranteed. Radio opportunities require separate programming approval and availability.
Can I send footage for editing without booking a camera team?
Yes. Remote editing is separately quoted according to your supplied material, requested formats and deliverables. Share footage details and your deadline with your enquiry.
Do you offer artist education and industry guidance?

What about websites and digital development?
K&A Media is a separate brand and service provider with its own website and operations. Website development and digital projects are scoped and quoted directly with K&A, separately from Madd A Road promotional and coverage services.
