ÇHONI_G (aka Chantel Gero Sherwood) is a Singer/Songwriter from MONTREAL with an extensive history in music. Coming from a musical family (The Sherwoods) she started singing in “The People’s Gospel Choir of Montreal ” and performing at age 11, ÇHONI_G continued on to sing in bands such as “Dorian Sherwood and the Next” as well as “Shirleen and New Love”.
After losing her sister Tasha to breast cancer, ÇHONI_G struggled to find the joy in singing and performing however this struggle pushed her to find herself and to always stay positive ÇHONI_G’s creates RnB music that focuses on positive energy and confidence with a splash of sexyness.
ÇHONI_G will be performing at the event “OuiLuvMusic” on April 20th at Mango Bay Resto 1236 McKay St in Montreal with a line up of many other talents.
