Morgan Heritage’s catalogue has a newly surfaced update for reggae listeners: a 2026 remaster of “Brimstone & Fire” was released on October 2. Amazon Music lists the recording as a new 2026 single, while Riddims World added the remaster to its October 5 release database.
A catalogue cut returns in remastered form
The track runs 3 minutes and 30 seconds and is also listed within the 2026 “Roots & Culture” collection. Riddims World credits Fat Eyes Productions on the remastered release. The distinction matters for release coverage: this is a remaster, not a newly written Morgan Heritage song.
Why it matters
Morgan Heritage remains one of reggae’s most internationally recognized family groups, and catalogue remasters can introduce older recordings to current streaming audiences while preserving the original work in refreshed form. For selectors and reggae programmers, the October release is a current catalogue update rather than a new composition.
