Position 01

Social Media & Content Intern

MadVibez Radio + Madd A Road Media

Help turn our radio, editorial and entertainment content into consistent platform-specific social media coverage.

What you’ll work on

  • Social media scheduling and publishing
  • Caption and promotional copy development
  • Repurposing articles and radio content
  • Short-form content planning
  • Community engagement
  • Content calendar management
  • Social performance monitoring
  • Development of recurring content concepts
Ideal programs:
Digital Marketing, Communications, Social Media, Media Production or related studies.
Position 02

Editorial & Entertainment Media Intern

Primary focus: Madd A Road Media

Work with an operating Caribbean music, entertainment, news and culture platform.

What you’ll work on

  • Music and entertainment research
  • Article and feature preparation
  • Artist profiles
  • Event research and listings
  • Interview research and questions
  • Source verification
  • Website content preparation
  • Social adaptations of published stories
Ideal programs:
Journalism, Communications, Broadcasting, Media Production, Creative Writing or related studies.
Position 03

Partnerships & Media Relations Intern

Primary focus: MadVibez Network

Get practical exposure to the business, partnership and relationship-development side of independent media.

What you’ll work on

  • Festival and event research
  • Artist, label and promoter research
  • Prospective sponsor research
  • Media and partnership databases
  • Outreach tracking
  • Follow-up coordination
  • Media accreditation research
  • Partnership material preparation
Ideal programs:
Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management or related studies.
