Reggae singer Tommy B SAL formerly known as Tommy B is on a mission to spread the word of Jah with his music.
“I had a very unforgettable experience early last year. I was standing before the mirror in my bedroom when I heard a voice say, “It’s your time to spread the message across the four corners of the earth. You must go forward and spread the word to my people so that they will be saved from destruction, this is your mission.” With tears in my eyes, I replied, “Yes, father.” Right then and there I knew I was talking to Jah, and I knew that I must heed his commands,” said the artiste.
He is currently promoting two new singles: These Are The Words, the title track of his debut album, and Tired of the Murder.
“I’ve always recorded conscious reggae music but since that experience, I’ve been writing songs that are even more lyrically potent. Anyone who listens to my new singles will realize that I am dealing with a higher level of spiritual consciousness in my music now. I’m making music to inspire my people,” he said.
Tommy B SAL is also promoting his debut album, These Are The Words, which was released late last year.
“I am getting a lot of positive feedback from people all over the world about my album. It’s a very good project, all the songs on it are inspirational and uplifting.”
He is currently working on projects with several producers including Donsome Records, Spyda of Spyda Music and Steven Mattis of JALAND Production.
